Acupuncture

Acupuncture consists in inserting micro thin needles in strategic points in the body. This stimulates the flow of ‘‘Qi’’ or energy through different meridians (pathways) which activates the body’s own healing mechanism. It helps bring the body back to balance, harmonizes the immune system, facilitates recovery and promotes bodily function. Acupuncture is most commonly known for treating pain but it is effective in treating a variety of conditions such as: anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, infertility, autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal disorders, respiratory disorders and allergies, gynecological problems and more.

energy healing

Energy healing works with the subtle energy systems to achieve mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It restores balance in the energy centers (chakras), clears low frequency energies and helps remove blockages where needed. It fills you with healing light and brings you back to balance and alignment. These sessions can be done in person or remotely.

I use a combination of different healing modalities and tools.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping is a powerful tool of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) that stimulates and balances the flow of blood and Qi. It has many health benefits: promotes relaxation, reduces pain and muscle soreness, improves blood and lymph circulation, removes toxins from the body, supports the immune system, supports healthy digestion and metabolism, clears congestion and helps in the treatment of respiratory conditions like asthma, bronchitis, chronic cough. These sessions also include Gua Sha or body scrapping.

‘‘Where there is stagnation, there will be pain. Remove the stagnation and you remove the pain’’
